Session Descriptions

     Reiki is performed on a padded massage table to provide maximum comfort.  A CD/music is often played and incense is often burned but can requested not to be used.

 

Reiki- Japanese energy healing art

Life Coaching- Assists by giving you and outlet to talk about problems with your relationships, finances, career choices, resume building and addressing life's issues.

Spiritual Coaching- Assists in the areas of Wicca, New Age and Spiritual belief systems to better help you understand the circumstances occurring in your life.
